Who is Ocea Demer? Ocea was born in 1959 into a family of Seers. From the time she was an infant her Grand Meme encouraged her to re-member that we have all of the information for healing modalities available to us. At age 15, Ocea discovered she could see inside people’s bodies in a way she perceives as witnessing mind, body, spirit cellular memory the body holds as if it were a movie. Since then she has been sharing her gifts in service to others, ranging from people she encounters in line at the store to professional athletes, Grammy winning recording artists, and those who are known as healers themselves. In 1999, Ocea discovered she could use toning techniques on the body, using her breath and sound as if the body were an instrument like a didgeridoo. This toning changes the molecular structure of the body and she calls this practice Tone-Ology. As a lifelong musician, Ocea was very comfortable and familiar with the healing powers of sound, and quickly recognized the wide array of benefits received through vibration. Her musical creativity and intuition enable Ocea to provide Sound Bath Immersive Experiences for individuals as well as groups, using her voice, hand pans, a frame drum, and others. Her Sound Bath often includes two large 1,000 year old gongs she is honored to steward. They have a unique voice, offering their own healing qualities, with Ocea serving as a conduit for their voice to be transmitted. Ocea has returned to her roots, in Kentucky, where she is dedicated to sharing her gifts with the people of the South, while also serving people long distance.
